• Support residents to maximise their income and financial wellbeing through advice, guidance, and casework management.
• Assist with welfare benefit claims, grants, and financial support applications, including appeals and challenges to benefit decisions.
• Provide budgeting and money management support and maintain accurate case records and performance data.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure residents access specialist support.
• Develop partnerships and referral networks to deliver effective, customer-focused financial inclusion services.
