Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of welfare benefits, including applications, appeals, and income maximisation.
• Experience handling sensitive situations with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Help residents maximise income and stabilise budgets through tailored support.
• Provide money guidance and benefits advice to reduce financial hardship.
• Deliver one-to-one and group sessions; manage caseload and record-keeping.
• Assist with debt management, challenging decisions, and creditor negotiations.
• Build partnerships with local authorities and advice agencies.
• Provide early support in pre-eviction cases to sustain tenancies.
