Town & Country Housing is seeking a dedicated Financial Inclusion Advisor to support residents with income maximisation, budgeting and welfare benefits through advice and coordinated referrals.
You will work across teams and partners, maintaining records and delivering a customer-focused service in a hybrid office environment, two days a week in the base office. This role requires strong communication, IT skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

This is a hybrid role where we expect all staff to come into their base office 2 days a week (everyday during induction which could be up to 3 months)
