Job summary

Based at Birmingham Settlement's Sports & Community Centre in Kingstanding, Birmingham, this 35-hour-per-week role supports the Money Advice Service with data, reporting, and client communications. The position is anchored within a well-established charity delivering debt advice and welfare benefits guidance.

The successful candidate will collate data, assist with reporting to local authorities and MaPS, and may cover reception duties as part of an integrated Money Advice Team.

Responsibilities

• Collate data and support the production of service reporting for the Money Advice Services.
• Provide information for Birmingham City Council and the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS).
• Receive and make calls to clients as required.
• Assist with reception duties as required.
• Work as part of the Money Advice Team to deliver holistic debt and welfare support.
