Birmingham Settlement is seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to handle administrative duties, collate data, and support service reporting for Money Advice Services. You will work with the Money Advice Service Manager and Debt & Welfare Benefit Advisors to provide admin support and handle client calls; reception duties may be required.

The role forms part of the Money Advice Team within a long-established charity that delivers diverse community services.

Formación

• Experience in admin support for grant-funded services.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collate data for service reporting.
• Provide information to Birmingham City Council and MaPS.
• Support Money Advice Service Manager and Debt & Welfare Benefit Advisors.
• Assist with reception duties as required.
