Job summary

Birmingham Settlement is seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to join the Money Advice Team at the Sports & Community Centre, Kingstanding, Birmingham. The role focuses on administrative data collation and supporting service reporting for commissioned Money Advice Services.

You will work with the Money Advice Service Manager and Debt & Welfare Benefit Advisors to provide admin support, including client calls and occasional reception duties, as part of a holistic approach to debt and welfare

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a Money Advice Service or similar setting.
• Strong data collation and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Collate data and support the production of service reporting for the Money Advice Service.
• Provide information for Birmingham City Council and MaPS as required.
• Receive and make calls to clients; assist with reception duties as needed.
