Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join its thriving frameworks division and work specifically on MOJ and MOD government projects. You will handle cost planning, procurement, and commercial reporting on law court refurbishments, prisons, and security upgrades across the MOJ/MOD portfolios.

Ideal candidates will hold a UK Quantity Surveying qualification, be a UK resident, and have prior MOJ or MOD framework experience.

Qualifications

• MOJ/MOD frameworks experience preferred.
• UK Quantity Surveying qualification required.
• Knowledge of cost control and procurement on government projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on MOJ and MOD framework projects including refurbishments and new builds.
