Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for MOJ/MOD Government Framework projects in the Surrey/Hampshire area. You will oversee cost control, procurement and commercial functions on law court refurbishments and security upgrade projects across southern England.

The ideal candidate has MOJ/MOD experience, a UK Quantity Surveying qualification and resides in the southern Home Counties. This is a permanent, on-site role with a leading contractor’s frameworks division.

Qualifications

• Must have worked on MOJ or MOD frameworks.
• Residence in the southern Home Counties (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire) and eligible to work in the UK without visa or sponsorship.
• UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantities, cost planning and commercial aspects on MOJ/MOD framework projects.
• Work on law court refurbishments, prisons and security upgrades within the frameworks.
