Ideal candidates will hold a UK Quantity Surveying qualification, be a UK resident, and have prior MOJ or MOD framework experience.
Quantity Surveyor - MOJ & MOD Government Framework projects
This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to work within an established and thriving frameworks division.
As Quantity Surveyor for this contractor you will work specifically on MOJ (Ministry of Justice) framework projects which will cover law court refurbishments, prisons and security upgrades. You will also work on MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects all located down the M3 motorway from Surrey to Hampshire. These will be a mix of refurbishment and new builds over military bases in the South.
The specific projects you will work on initially as Quantity Surveyor are for law court refurbs in the Surrey area. For this position you must have worked on MOJ framework projects or MOD frameworks.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with the MOJ or MOD frameworks and live in the southern home counties of Surrey, Kent or Sussex and Hampshire and will have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
A Quantity Surveying qualification is essential, and you will be a current UK resident and eligible to work in the UK without a visa or sponsorship.
