Job summary

Linsco Recruitment requires a Site Manager to work on a modular install project in Lowestoft. You will oversee day-to-day operations on site, coordinate trades and ensure completion to high standards.

The role demands valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS, plus proven site management experience. Immediate start available for candidates who can hit the ground running on a busy construction site.

Daily rate of £260-£280 reflects seniority and responsibilities on a busy modular build.

Qualifications

• Valid Black OR white CSCS Card - essential.
• Valid First Aid certificate - essential.
• Valid SMSTS - essential.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to start immediately and manage multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the install.
• Supervising subcontractors and site personnel.
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to a high standard.
• Coordinating trades and managing site activities.
• Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
• Maintaining site records, paperwork and reporting progress.
• Liaising with the Project Manager, subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Ensuring quality standards and project specifications are met.
