Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd. is assisting a modular fit out contractor in Bradford by sourcing a Site Manager for a 3-week assignment starting the week of 19 October. The ideal candidate will have modular fit out or shopfitting experience, with a joinery background preferred.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors to programme, and maintaining strict health and safety standards. Valid tickets and in-date DBS/MOD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets.
• Must have: in-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances.
• Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.
• Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential.

• Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates.

Site Manager - 3 Weeks - Bradford

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a modular fit out contractor, who are currently looking for a Site Manager to join them for 3 weeks starting on Monday the 19th of October.

The successful candidate, will have experience working on modular fit out or shopfit projects, and the ideal candidate would also have a joinery backgorund due to scope of works.

Key Requirements

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.
• MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances
• Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects.
