Job summary
Clearfield Recruitment Limited seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction projects across Norfolk and Suffolk, including MOD bases and residential developments.
You will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and adherence to quality standards while coordinating subcontractors.
Essential: proven site management, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS, full UK driving licence, and strong leadership with excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Proven site management experience in construction.
- Experience on MOD bases, residential voids or new build developments preferred.
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS are required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are maintained.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour on site.
- Monitor project programmes and ensure deadlines are met.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct site inspections and safety briefings.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
