Job summary

JRL Modular is seeking Factory Operatives to assemble bathrooms and utility cupboards at our Newark, NG23 factory. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

You will work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with weekly PAYE pay. You will be part of a team focused on safety, quality and productivity, following clear procedures.

This permanent role offers learning opportunities and a supportive environment for growth within JRL Modular's onsite projects.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to learn new skills and undertake training.
• Experience with power tools is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble modular bathrooms and utility cupboards.
• Carry out basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and maintenance tasks.
• Follow company procedures and safety rules.
• Assist in training other team members as needed.
• Maintain tidy and safe workspaces with high housekeeping standards.
• Work safely and look after colleagues' health and safety.
• Be a flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
• Follow processes and work to targets for HS, quality and productivity.
• Be punctual with good attendance.
• No prior experience required; full training provided with tools and equipment.
