Job summary

Otis is seeking a Modernisation Sales Consultant to price, quote and sell modernisation projects to a regional target within the South West area. The role emphasizes developing opportunities through existing client relationships and proactive networking.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in an aligned industry, strong communication skills, and technical acumen relevant to lift modernisation projects. A focus on strategic planning and safety accreditation is required.

Qualifications

• Possess successful Sales experience within an aligned industry.
• Be driven, with high energy and a winning mentality.
• Possess strong listening and communication skills.
• Have technical acumen relevant to modernisation projects.
• Lift experience within modernisation, major repairs or new equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Price, quote and sell modernisation projects to a set agreed financial target within the South West region.
• Secure modernisation opportunities through existing relationships with direct clients and lift consultants; convert opportunities to orders.
• Identify and develop new customers through proactive networking and customer visit planning.
• Gain internal safety accreditation to enable site surveys for modernisation and full replacements.
• Plan sales activity and strategy in coordination with the Modernisation Sales Director.
