Job summary

Otis is seeking a Modernisation Project Manager to cover the East Midlands region from Leicester, with a focus on delivering large-scale lift modernization projects. You will lead site delivery plans, manage internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

You will liaise with customers and Otis stakeholders, oversee MS Project plans, monitor progress, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in lift/construction industries.
• Experience with Modernisation or large-scale repair projects is desirable.
• Good IT knowledge and familiarity with MS Project or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers/stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop delivery plans for each managed site and coordinate the Otis team and subcontractors to achieve goals.
• Generate contract plans in MS Project and collaborate with the Project Controls Lead.
• Regularly monitor progress, mitigate delays and keep programmes on track.
• Act as customer focal point for all communications and represent Otis at meetings.
