Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a hands-on Modern Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to shape and support a modern IT environment. You will configure Intune, deploy packages, manage policies, and maintain cloud services while continually improving workplace technology.

Key responsibilities include deploying Microsoft 365 and Azure services, managing device policies, supporting Azure Virtual Desktop, and ensuring security and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Defender.
• Strong understanding of device management and policy configuration.
• Experience scripting or automation to streamline IT processes.
• Familiarity with cloud services and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Azure services.
• Own device management policies and application deployment via Intune.
• Improve performance, security, and user experience across workplace tech.
• Implement and support Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365 environments.
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure for reliability and scalability.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot network environments.
• Provide technical support and create clear SOPs.
