An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse to Join Ealing North MINT. Our service is centred around the Primary Care Networks and aims for comprehensive engagement with Integrated Care Systems using a whole person, whole population health approach. Our model utilises all available community resources, including health, social care, Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations, and local communities, considering resources to support wellbeing outside of mental health services alone. These new teams enable and support people to access mental health services whenever needed and help individuals manage their mental health within their local community. We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic individuals.
Main duties of the job
We are offering an exciting role for an innovative Mental Health Nurse. Employed by West London NHS Trust, you will be key in developing care pathways within the local community mental health team (MINT). This role offers opportunities for mentorship, career progression, and continued education.
