Centrepoint in London is seeking a Mobilisation Manager to lead national campaigns and mobilise supporters, partners and communities to affect housing policy and practice for young people experiencing homelessness.

The role sits in the Communications and Campaigns team. Hybrid working with a minimum of 50% office presence is expected, and the salary is £41,000-£45,000 per year with a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing public campaigns and mobilising audiences.
• Strong planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering integrated campaigns to grow support for solutions to youth homelessness.
• Building a movement of campaigners, partners and communities who can take meaningful action.
• Working with young people to ensure lived experience shapes campaigns.
• Creating campaigns that strengthen public understanding of youth homelessness.
• Coordinating with Policy and Public Affairs to align campaigns with priorities.
• Identifying opportunities for supporters and partners to participate in campaigning.
• Managing external creative, media and campaign agencies and measuring impact.
• Line managing a small but high-performing team.
