Job summary

Centrepoint in London is seeking a Mobilisation Manager to join our Communications and Campaigns team. You’ll develop national campaigns that mobilise supporters, line manage a small but high‑performing team and collaborate with young people to ensure lived experience informs campaigns.

We operate a hybrid model with a minimum of 50% office time. Salary £41,000–£45,000, closing date 12 October 2026, and a package including a healthcare cash plan, pension contributions and generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experienced in developing public campaigns.
• Ability to mobilise people beyond an organisation's existing supporter base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated campaigns that grow support for solutions to youth homelessness.
• Line manage a small but high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with young people to ensure lived experience shapes campaigns.
• Coordinate with policy and public affairs colleagues to align priorities.
