Job summary

Portico GB Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Engineer to support sites across the Essex/Home Counties/London/Kent region, primarily in Woolpit. You will travel to customer sites to repair or remediate windows and doors, progressing to independent workload management after training. A CSCS card and full UK driving licence are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence is essential.
• CSCS card would be advantageous.
• Experience fitting windows/doors or maintenance is beneficial; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out remedial and repair works on customers' windows and doors within agreed timeframes.
• Visiting customer sites to identify and assess issues requiring attention.
• Managing and organising your own diary in liaison with the office team.
• Collating and processing client documentation.
• Liaising with the office regarding parts and materials required for repairs.
• Completing accurate reports following each customer visit.
• Undertaking additional duties and support work when service workloads are quieter.
• Maintaining a professional and customer focused approach at all times.
