Selecta is seeking a Service Operator to service and stock vending machines at client sites across the UK. You will visit multiple sites daily with a company van, restocking, cleaning and acting as the on-site friendly contact for customers during visits.

The role emphasizes customer care, safe working practices, and flexibility to cover various sites. Training and development opportunities are provided, plus company van and phone.

Aufgaben

• Ensure vending machines are stocked and cleaned to required standards.
• Complete stock and cash controls across machines and vans.
• Fix minor faults on machines and report issues promptly.
• Report accidents, unfit foods and complaints to management.
• Provide on-site training to new starters and teammates.
• Maintain high level of customer care and professionalism.
• Conduct regular audits of machines and share follow-up actions.
