As a Service Engineer, you will diagnose faults on a full range of machines and work to minimise downtime. A full UK driving licence and strong electrical knowledge are essential, with training and a company

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge or qualification with practical fault‑finding experience.
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional appearance.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair faults on traditional and bean-to-cup machines.
• Aim to complete work on first visit and prioritise persistent faults.
• Access and use technical manuals for servicing equipment.
• Attend training courses to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain good customer relations and comply with safety policies.
• Keep company vehicle clean and roadworthy.
