Selecta is seeking a Field Service Engineer in the UK to service, maintain and repair vending and coffee equipment across assigned areas. You will strive for first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction, with a focus on safety and professional conduct.

The role requires electrical knowledge, independent work, and strong fault-finding ability, in a field-based environment with a company-provided van and ongoing training opportunities.

Formación

• Strong electrical knowledge and practical experience or formal electrical qualifications.
• Hands-on technical background with fault-finding ability.
• Knowledge of safe working practices with electrical equipment and plumbing.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
• Customer-focused with professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair faults on Traditional and bean-to-cup machines.
• Aim to complete work on the first visit; return visit if needed on the soonest occasion.
• Prioritise repairs for machines with persistent faults.
• Access technical manuals/documentation for servicing equipment.
• Attend training courses to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain good customer relations and adhere to health & safety policies.
• Keep company vehicle roadworthy and clean.
