Job summary

The RAC is expanding its SMR division in the Tunbridge Wells area. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician you will work a planned schedule of pre-booked servicing and diagnostics, using mobile equipment, with no emergency callouts.

You will maintain high standards, with a clear progression to earn more via bonuses and overtime, and enjoy a full toolkit, company van, and flexible working patterns within a supportive national organisation.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you’d normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on inspection
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards

Education
