Job summary

Rac Motoring Services is expanding its Service, Maintenance & Repair division. As a Mobile Mechanic, you will perform planned servicing and diagnostics on members' vehicles with a clear digital schedule, avoiding on-call breakdowns.

You will work in a structured environment with a fully equipped RAC van, comprehensive tools, and support to deliver high-quality repairs and safety checks across your local area.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years' experience
• 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs you'd normally complete in a workshop
• Member advice and recommendations based on your inspection
• Vehicle safety checks aligned to RAC standards

Education
