Job summary

RAC Motoring Services is recruiting Mobile Vehicle Technicians to perform planned servicing, diagnostics, and in-depth repairs at customers' premises. You’ll work from a fully equipped RAC van with a time-structured schedule and no reactive callouts.

Expect a base salary around £40,170 with potential to earn up to £52,000 through overtime and bonuses. 40-hour week, some Saturdays, and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years' experience, or 5+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points is required.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and diagnostics using mobile equipment.
• In-depth repairs you'd normally complete in a workshop.
• Member advice and recommendations after inspection.
