The position offers 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with paid bonuses and overtime at premium rates for weekend shifts. Experience in automotive repairs and diagnostics is essential, with training opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mobile Vehicle Technician or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Relevant qualifications in automotive engineering or technician training.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Familiarity with Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) repairs and maintenance preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence, with a clean record preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle repairs and maintenance on fleet vehicles at various customer sites across Dartford and surrounding areas.
• Diagnose mechanical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Complete service records and relevant paperwork in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding repair status and expectations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Assist with on-call duties and optional weekend overtime at premium rates.
