Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is a nationwide fleet maintenance specialist seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join the team. The role covers roadside assistance, fleet servicing, and DPF work across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire.

Operate outside traditional workshops with a 5-day week, 8am-5pm schedule, and a company van with equipment provided. Comprehensive induction and ongoing mentorship are offered within a supportive national business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 automotive qualification or proven time-served experience as a Vehicle Technician.
• Extensive experience working independently in a mobile or roadside environment.
• Knowledge of DPF systems, especially on diesel vehicles, is highly advantageous.
• Clean UK driving licence with minimal points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roadside assistance and fleet maintenance across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently on-site and on the road.
• Perform specialist DPF work, including servicing, repairs, and replacements.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnostics, and general vehicle maintenance.
• Use hand and power tools to carry out repairs and installations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiency as a Mobile Vehicle Technician.
• Provide support and guidance to junior technicians as required.

This opportunity is ideal for skilled professionals looking to work outside of traditional workshop settings, focusing on roadside assistance, fleet servicing, and specialised DPF work.

• Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, with an OTE of £45,000
• 5-day working week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
• 1-in-2 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
