Job summary

Octane Recruitment is representing a leading main dealer group in Stoke-on-Trent seeking a Mobile LCV Technician. The role focuses on diagnostics, servicing and maintaining vehicles, with a stable day pattern and excellent earning potential through bonuses.

You will work independently at customers' sites, hold a Level 3 technician qualification or equivalent, and have a strong background in vehicle maintenance with a valid UK driving license.

Qualifications

• Diagnostics capability and independent work
• Full UK driving licence is required
• Level 3 qualification (NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent)
• 4+ years workshop experience or 1+ years mobile/roadside experience

Responsibilities

• Attend customers' premises to perform routine servicing and light maintenance
• Ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer specifications and high standards

Mobile LCV Technician Role:

• Attend customers premises to perform routine servicing and light maintenance
• work to the highest standards, ensuring all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately to manufacturer specifications

Mobile LCV Technician Requirements:

• Full UK driving license
• NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds or Mechanical Engineering level 3 (or equivalent). We will also consider a level 2 with main dealership experience
• 4+ years workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician or 1+ years experience as a Mobile/ Roadside Technician
