Job summary

Day' Rental is seeking a skilled vehicle maintenance technician to service and repair our expanding fleet across multiple regional branches. You will work from a base workshop and mobile units, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs while reporting to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager.

Ideally you hold NVQ3/City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance, with a clean driving licence and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. UK work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Clean driving licence, ideally with D1 entitlement.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing vehicle maintenance from a base repair workshop and mobile solution across an expanding regional branch network.
• Responding to breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults.
• Repairing vehicles and equipment.
• Reporting to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and working as part of a valued team.
