Job summary

Days Rental is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Field Engineer to support the Exeter network. You will perform vehicle maintenance from a base workshop and mobile solutions across our expanding regional branch network, helping keep over 10,000 vehicles on the road.

The role requires NVQ 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance, and demonstrable experience in a similar role. A clean driving licence, ideally D1 entitlement, is advantageous, and you must be able to work independently or as part of a

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or City & Guilds in vehicle maintenance is required.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.
• Clean driving licence; D1 entitlement would be advantageous.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle maintenance from a base workshop and mobile solutions.
• Undertake scheduled maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and diagnose faults.
• Repair vehicles and equipment.
• Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and collaborate with the team.
