Job summary

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Vaccination Programme Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Trust-wide vaccination and immunisation programme, including clinics, mobile units, and logistics.

You will work with clinical teams, operational managers, pharmacy services, primary care, and public health colleagues to ensure safe, accessible services and maintain accurate records; you will monitor stock, data quality, and support risk assessments and

Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day delivery of vaccination and immunisation programmes.
Oversee vaccination clinics and mobile vaccination unit deployment.
Manage vaccine stock and cold chain compliance across sites.
Ensure equipment, consumables and resources are available on all sites.
Monitor clinic activity, data quality and stock levels; maintain records.
Support setup, deployment and operation of outreach services.
Undertake risk assessments and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
