Job summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is seeking a Mobile Supervisor (Mechanical or Electrical) to lead a team of skilled technicians across multiple sites in the South-West. The role covers Bristol and Cardiff, with a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) and a salary up to £50,000 plus overtime and call-out.

You will drive service delivery and safety compliance on busy client sites. The ideal candidate will manage Planned Preventive Maintenance to SLA targets, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial and domestic systems.
• PPMs conducted to SFG20 or equivalent standards.
• Advanced fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery across all operations
• Manage Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), ensuring tasks are completed on time and in line with SLA targets
• Maintain a manageable backlog of PPM tasks and ensure all reactive work is completed within acceptable timescales
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and address any concerns or issues
• Attend client calls and meetings where required, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly
• Provide first-line management by conducting performance reviews, setting clear team objectives, and supporting individual development
• Carry out risk assessments, site log book and safety audits in compliance with safety legislation and company procedures
