Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to oversee a team of mobile engineers across Manchester and surrounding areas. This hands-on role focuses on safe, compliant maintenance delivery and high-quality service across a multi-site portfolio.

You will act as the technical lead for engineers and clients, manage subcontractors, drive health and safety compliance, and use CAFM systems to plan and report on activity while identifying service improvements.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification with electrical or mechanical bias preferred.
• Experience in facilities management or building services is desirable.
• Previous lead engineer or supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Good knowledge of health & safety and statutory compliance.
• Confident using CAFM systems and mobile technology.
• Strong organisation, communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of mobile engineers across multiple sites.

• Ensure planned, reactive and corrective maintenance is delivered safely and compliantly.
• Carry out hands-on fault-finding and maintenance when required, including emergency cover.

• Complete audits, site visits and quality checks across mobile routes.
• Use CAFM systems to plan, monitor and report on work activity.
• Identify service improvements and additional scope opportunities.

About the Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is recruiting a Mobile Engineering Supervisor to support multiple client sites across Manchester and surrounding areas.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role responsible for supervising engineers, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance delivery, and supporting high‑quality service across a multi‑site portfolio.
