Qualifications
Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic systems.
Ability to carry out PPMs to SFG20 or equivalent standards.
Experience supervising reactive repairs and managing small projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a team of technicians, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks on time.
Liaise with clients and contractors to address concerns.
