Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. The role involves covering annual leave, organising rotas, delivering inductions and maintaining training records, while upholding health and safety standards.

Applicants should have cleaning or supervisory experience, COSHH awareness, a valid full driving licence, and flexibility for early mornings or evenings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role within the service industry.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence, held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including early mornings and evenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave and ensuring services run smoothly.
• Organise staff rotas and cover, deliver inductions and training, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork, support audits, and report any issues or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service, support frontline teams and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow all Sodexo health, safety and company procedures, including wearing PPE and completing daily vehicle checks.

You'll play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service, while supporting colleagues, organising cover and helping ensure each site runs smoothly. You'll also provide training, monitor standards and step in to cover annual leave when needed.
