Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to support our cleaning teams across multiple sites in the region. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service, organise cover and assist with training and audits.

You'll visit sites regionally, manage rotas, deliver inductions, handle stock and paperwork, and deputise for the line manager when needed. A full UK driving licence and COSHH knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams or similar service staff.
• Understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH.
• Full manual driving licence held for at least two years with minimal penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Visit and support sites across the region, providing cover for annual leave.
• Organise staff rotas and inductions, and keep training records up to date.
• Check stock, PPE, site standards and paperwork; support audits.
• Provide excellent customer service and deputise for the line manager when required.
• Follow health and safety procedures and wear PPE on site.
• Support the cleaning teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.

• Good understanding of health and safety requirements, including COSHH regulations.
• Full manual driving licence, held for at least two years, with no more than three penalty points.
