Job summary

Red Interactive, part of Super Group, is seeking a Mobile Specialist to drive state-of-the-art acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile networks for leading brands in select markets. You will collaborate with the Mobile Marketing Manager to optimize campaigns toward CPA/ROAS targets, focusing on new players and revenue growth.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with AppsFlyer and analytics tools, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Mobile App Advertising experience, CPA/ROI focused.
• Related degree in Finance/Data Analytics or Marketing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using AppsFlyer.

• Manage Mobile App Advertising campaigns across multiple products in designated markets, focused on new players’ Acquisition.
• Set up, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns including Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.

As a Mobile Specialist, you’ll be supporting the delivery of state-of-the-art acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile ad networks, across a number of leading brands in selected markets within the Digital Marketing department to identify customer acquisition opportunities in the digital advertising space.

What you'll be doing

• Manage Mobile App Advertising campaigns across multiple products (Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker) in designated markets, mostly focusing on new players’ Acquisition.
• Set up, manage, optimize, and report on Mobile App Advertising campaigns, including advertising campaigns on approved third-party apps, Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Mobile Marketing Manager to define and execute strategies across all brands and markets.
• Focus on key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost per acquisition, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including Country Specialists, local Digital Marketing Specialists, and other teams beyond digital advertising.
• Conduct post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
• Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements

Essential skills you'll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• Minimum 2 years of Mobile App Advertising experience, ideally in a performance-driven environment focusing on CPA and ROI
• Related degree in Finance/ Data Analytics or Marketing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experienced using an MMP Appsflyer)
• Experienced working with app campaigns across all digital channels
• Experienced using AI tools, Chat GPT
• Worked towards acquisition KPIs, such as CPA and ROAS
• Proficient in third‑party analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Desirable skills you've got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Understanding of online marketing technical aspects tracking, analytics tools);
• Experience in the Gaming/iGaming industry;
• Degree in marketing or related online qualification
