Job summary

Red Interactive, part of Super Group, is seeking a Mobile Specialist in London to drive state-of-the-art acquisition campaigns across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker apps in designated markets. You will manage campaigns, set up tracking, and report on performance.

You’ll collaborate with the Mobile Marketing Manager, optimize CPA and ROAS, and query analytics tools like Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics. A related degree and advanced Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mobile app advertising or performance marketing.
• Degree in Finance/Data Analytics/Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with ad tracking platforms (Appsflyer) and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile app advertising campaigns across Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker apps in designated markets, focusing on new user acquisition.
• Set up, manage, optimize, and report on campaigns including Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.

As a Mobile Specialist, you’ll be supporting the delivery of state-of-the‑art acquisition campaigns across Apple Search Ads and mobile ad networks, across a number of leading brands in selected markets within the Digital Marketing department to identify customer acquisition opportunities in the digital advertising space.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage Mobile App Advertising campaigns across multiple products (Casino, Sportsbook, and Poker) in designated markets, mostly focusing on new players’ Acquisition.
• Set up, manage, optimize, and report on Mobile App Advertising campaigns, including advertising campaigns on approved third‑party apps, Apple Search Ads and Mobile AdNetworks.
• Collaborate closely with the Mobile Marketing Manager to define and execute strategies across all brands and markets.
• Focus on key KPIs such as new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and cost per acquisition, optimizing campaigns accordingly.
• Engage with internal stakeholders, including Country Specialists, local Digital Marketing Specialists, and other teams beyond digital advertising.
• Conduct post‑campaign performance analysis and evaluation.
• Provide regular performance reports to key stakeholders (weekly, monthly, quarterly), including participation in Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.

Essential Skills You'll Bring To The Table

• Minimum 2 years of Mobile App Advertising experience, ideally in a performance‑driven environment focusing on CPA and ROI
• Related degree in Finance/ Data Analytics or Marketing
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experienced using an MMP (i.e. Appsflyer)
• Experienced working with app campaigns across all digital channels
• Experienced using AI tools, e.g. Chat GPT
• Worked towards acquisition KPIs, such as CPA and ROAS
• Proficient in third‑party analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Desirable Skills You've Got Up Your Sleeve

• In‑depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
• Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
• Understanding of online marketing technical aspects (e.g., tracking, analytics tools);
• Experience in the Gaming/iGaming industry;
• Degree in marketing or related online qualification
