Job summary

HID is looking for a Mobile Solutions Engineer to specialize in Mobile Access solutions. This is a remote position based in the UK, where you'll work closely with sales, tackle customer challenges, and design technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in IT, Security, or Presales roles.
• Prior exposure to PACS technologies such as RFID and associated hardware.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales during the sales cycle to qualify, position, and demonstrate HID Mobile Access.
• Serve as subject matter expert in customer workshops.
• Lead in-depth technical discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Skills

Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)

Technical Support or Engineering experience

Experience in IT Security, Networking

Knowledge of mobile and wireless protocols

Understanding of Identity & Access Management

Education
