Record UK Ltd is looking for a Mobile Solutions Engineer to support HID’s Mobile Access solutions remotely. The role combines cloud-based system architecture with physical access control expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or 2 years of Technical Support or Engineering experience highly preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in IT, Security, or Presales roles.
• Prior exposure to PACS technologies such as RFID and associated hardware.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales during the sales cycle to qualify, position, and demonstrate solutions.
• Serve as subject matter expert in customer workshops, addressing technical objections.
• Translate technical concepts into clear value for non-technical stakeholders.
