Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Mobile Senior Coordinator to serve as the customer-facing representative for our facilities services at Network Rail, Gateshead. You will bind together multiple services to act as a single point of contact for building users.

The role focuses on enhancing the customer experience by building strong relationships with occupants and exceeding expectations daily. 40 hours, Monday to Friday, on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a diverse team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Self-disciplined with the ability to work on own initiative.
• Compliance background with understanding of H&S on site.
• Desirable IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a tidy and clean appearance across the floor, at desks, collaboration spaces and break out areas.
• Act as the first point of contact for FM related issues, logging calls on behalf of building occupants, ensuring they are directed to the correct department.
• Attend monthly meetings with each Floor Lead to communicate and update on any issues, queries and outstanding works.
• Ensure compliance on site for all departments.
• Visit Clients on site around the North East area.

LOCATION: Network Rail - Gateshead - Raven House

Mitie are recruiting for a Mobile Senior Coordinator in the Nort East, to be the customer facing representative for our services and to bind together the various facilities services to act as one convenient point of contact to the building user.
