Job summary

Mitie is seeking an Accommodation & Logistics Coordinator to support field staff and administer accommodation bookings from our Head Office in Matfen, Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role requires strong communication, organisational ability and proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel.

You will handle telephone calls, emails to clients and employees, and maintain databases and spreadsheets as part of a busy admin team. The position offers a pathway within a leading facilities management company.

The successful candidate will be working at our Head Offices in Matfen, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE20 0RQ. The offices are located around 15 mins from Hexham and 30 minutes from Newcastle City Centre.
