Mitie Group plc. invites applications for a security training and operations-support role across retail sites in the South West.

You will deliver inductions and ongoing coaching, driving officer performance in line with SLAs and KPIs, and deputise for the Operations Manager when required. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will develop training plans, assess officer performance, deliver SIA-related training, and ensure high standards of uniform and customer service across the

Qualifications

Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Confident and professional working approach with strong communication.
Experience delivering training and coaching to security personnel.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

Deliver inductions and comprehensive training for newly appointed security officers.
Coach and develop officers to meet uniform, timekeeping and task completion standards.
Deliver focused topics and ad hoc training as required by the business.
Support investigations and risk assessments in line with procedures.
Maintain excellent relationships with store management and clients.
