Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an Operations Support Manager for the B&Q contract in the UK. The role focuses on delivering effective security officer training, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Account Director and Operations Manager to ensure performance against SLAs and KPIs.

You will deputise during manager absences, manage officer development, and contribute to a safe, compliant environment while upholding the Mitie brand in client stores.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Holds an SIA frontline licence for SG or DS.
• Willing to work towards a management apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the B&Q contract through effective training and ongoing colleague development.
• Support the Account Director & Operations Manager in managing performance and ensuring training meets SLAs & KPIs.
• Deputise during planned or unplanned absence for the Operations Manager.
• Ensure operational performance aligns with targets and complies with SLAs & KPIs.
• Promote Mitie brand through high-standard security provision and integration with the Mitie duty manager roster.
• Train officers on Synapse and report crime-related tasks accurately and timely.
