IWFM is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee two school sites in North Ayrshire, ensuring efficient operations, safety, and contractual compliance. The role drives performance, manages resources, and maintains client relationships while delivering high-quality services on a mobile, multi-site basis.

The successful candidate will lead site teams, manage budgets, oversee maintenance programs, and foster continuous service improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• A good standard of education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• Proven success in a similar facilities or operational management role.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, statutory obligations, utilities management, and lifecycle planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support site teams to deliver outstanding Facilities Management services.
• Ensure contractual, statutory, and regulatory compliance across two schools.
• Manage budgets to achieve targets while maintaining service quality.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance, lifecycle works, and subcontractors.
• Promote Health & Safety compliance across all sites.
• Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and school leadership.
• Produce reports and monitor service delivery against KPIs.
• Recruit and develop high-performing team members and drive improvement.
• Identify opportunities to enhance operational performance.
