Caterlink is seeking a Chef to provide cover in Lewisham and Newham, supporting our site-based teams. The role is term-time only with no weekends and requires your own transport for a mobile-based position.

Key duties include preparing and presenting meals to required standards, following all safety procedures, and contributing to the site’s daily operations including inventory and budget monitoring. Caterlink promotes an inclusive environment and safeguarding responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards
• Ensure all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and paperwork completed
• Maintain Caterlink’s reputation for quality food and service with clients and customers
• Support day-to-day running of the location including inventories, budget monitoring and action plans
