Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a flexible mobile Chef to cover Surrey area locations including Guildford, Redhill and Reigate. The role is term-time only with 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 38 weeks a year. You will need your own transport to travel between sites.

The position focuses on preparing and presenting quality meals to Caterlink and client standards, while adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures and maintaining strong client relations.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client
• To ensure that all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately and with integrity
• To ensure that the company’s reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with the client and customers and expectations are consistently exceeded
• To support with the day-to-day running of the location including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
