Responsibilities

• Basic preparation of food and beverages and simple cooking.
• Organising and controlling food service points; transferring and serving meals.
• Assisting with promotion of meals to pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintain contact with central kitchen and ensure service delivery.
• Complete dining area setup and general kitchen/dining room duties.
• Record temperatures for control purposes and ensure premises security.
