Overview:

One of the UK’s largest Facilities Management (FM) companies is expanding and seeking an HVAC Engineer to join their team. With decades of experience delivering excellent service to both private and public sector clients, they have been recognized as the top-ranked FM service provider in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC building maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), fault-finding, reactive breakdown repairs, and resolving hot/cold issues.
• Carry out minor installation works.

Coverage:

Servicing a specific area in Dorset with no requirement for working away. A van and fuel card are provided.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning.
• F-GAS 2079 Certification.
